About Preksha!!!
It is never too late to try meditate.
It is never too early to meditate.
It is never too easy to meditate.
It is never too difficult to meditate.
It is never too complex to meditate.
It is never too simple to meditate.
Then what is it??
Meditate is to meditate.
It is not an effort.
It is to be effortless.
It is to be an observer.
It is to be a seer.
It is to be in the moment.
It is only to be 'Only'
It is to try to 'not to try'.
