 Yogic Exercises which are also be called as health rejuvenating exercises are easy exercises for a novice.

Reminders for next session

Tips for the next session
1. The next session is on 24th Sept, 2011 from 9:30 to 12:30 PM
2. Come with a light stomach. 
3. Do carry the kit and the content with you.
4. Bring your spiritual card and yoga mat with you. 
You are welcomed to bring in your friends, peers, kids and relatives too.

Assignments after the first session



1) Mark your Spiritual card everyday
2) Try to perform Pranayam/Breathing exercise correctly for 15 minutes daily.
When Breathing IN - stomach out, Breathing OUT - Stomach in.
Follow breathing practices via 1-Left Nostril 2-Right Nostril 3-Both Nostrils. First start slow and increase tempo. 
Eyes closed and watch your breath and concentrate.
3) Hear the preksha song and get familiar with the words, get started with singing as well.
4) Please do start with reading the books.
